Lock and key will accept returns within 21 days of purchase. This is a strict deadline and no exceptions will be made. Once the 21 days since you purchased the item(s) have passed, the merchandise is non-returnable.

• all items returned must be unworn and unwashed
• all items returned must be free of makeup and deodorant stains
• all items returned must have the original tags attached
• swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories can not be returned
• all items purchased under the "sale" portion of our site can not be returned
• international orders can not be returned
• the cost of original shipping is not refundable
• the cost of return shipping is not covered by lock and key -> $6 will be deducted from your refund amount
• refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
